This is a note to say a Great Big Thank you for your part in our 2015 Rotary District 5370 “What If” Conference.
We appreciate all the research and background work you did to find us professional and affordable equipment to use at our conference. Your expertise in handling all the presentations ( even the late ones ) was amazing. You kept a cool, calm manner while working under pressure and always had a logical approach to the challenges of maintaining a smooth production flow for the conference attendees, last minute changes and all.
Your commitment to ensuring all the attendees had a good experience was evident to everyone as we had numerous accolades on the professional and ‘on time’ program that was presented.
Your ability to work with numerous people and competing demands all at once is to be commended. And of course, how you handled the occasional glitches that inevitably happen with a conference of this size took the stress off the rest of us.
